Udupi: Crossland College, Bramhavar, organized a Personality Development Programme titled “Inclination Persona” for final year students on September 19, 2024, under the guidance of IQAC, Career Guidance and Placement Cell, and the Department of Business Management. Dr. Robert Clive G, Principal, delivered the presidential remark, emphasizing the significance of employability skills in the corporate sector and the importance of personality development programs.
Mr. Ganesh Nayak, Assistant Professor at Milagres College, Kallianpur, was the resource person. He elaborated on personality development, using practical examples, case studies, and group discussions. Additionally, he provided valuable insights on resume writing, highlighting essential “Do’s and Don’ts” and introducing online platforms for certificate courses and training programs.
The program was attended by Mr. Biju Jacob, IQAC Coordinator; Mr. Chiranjan K Sherigar and Mr. Sukumar Shettigar, Career Guidance Cell Coordinators; Mrs. Deepa Kittur, Head of Business Management; and other faculty members. The “Inclination Persona” program aimed to equip students with essential skills for their future endeavors, reaffirming Crossland College’s commitment to holistic education.
