Udupi : It’s a great moment of joy to Milagres College, Kallianpur as its proud student Ms. Monica Leyona Mendonca, secured X Rank in B.Sc Examinations 2021 – 22, in Mangalore University.
Monica born in Gangolli and originally from Kundapur, and now the family settled in Curchorem near Madgaon, in Goa. She is a proud daughter of Mohan Joseph and Loysy Teresa Mendonca and has done her PU Studies in our own Milagres PU College, with distinction in, 2019 and High School studies in Guardian Angel High School. It’s worthy and nostalgic to note over here that Monica’s mother an alumna of Milagres College who passed her B.Com in 90’s.
On this glorious occasion Principal of the College, Dr. Vincent Alva congratulated Ms. Monica, her parents and family, and the members of the faculty of Science and all who taught and facilitated her in her achievement. He also informed, this year being NAAC assessment and accreditation year for the College, rightly this honour speaks in volumes towards both the quality and facilities available and offered by this College with a rural background.
At present she is pursuing her further studies i.e. M.Sc. in Chemistry in the prestigious St Aloysius College, Mangalore.
The Management, Staff Members and Students of Milagres College, extended felicitations to the Rank holder Ms. Monica Mendonca and wish her all success in her further studies and future endeavours.
