On the occassion of 74th Republic Day of our nation, flag hoisting ceremony was held in the college grounds. Prof. (Retd)Narayan M Hegde, Department of Kannada of our college was the chief guest. In his addres to the students Mr Hegde said the College has a rich heritage of inculcating patriotism and love for the nation among students.
The NCC cadets and NSS volunteers put up an attractive March past. Dr Vincent Alva, Principal welcomed the gathering and spoke aptly on the occassion by quoting a Vachana from Basavanna.
The college magazine – Miracles for the academic year 2022 was released by the chief guest. Mrs Savitha Kumari, Principal, Milagres pre university college, Dr Jayaram Shettigar IQAC Co-ordinator, Mr Ceasar Gonsalves, NCC officer, Prof. Annamma,the magazine editor were present.
