Udupi – Kallianpur: It is with great sadness that we report the heartbreaking news of the passing of Pranavi, a young student of Standard 3 in St. Joseph’s Primary School in Kallianpur.
A few days ago, we had appealed to our compassionate readers for financial assistance for Pranavi’s medical expenses as her parents, Anita and Prabhakar residing at Kudreubettu, Uppoor Village had exhausted all their resources on her medical expenses. In spite of the collective efforts and the dedicated care by the medical staff, Pranavi succumbed to her illness, at KMC Hospital in Manipal today.
This is an unbearable loss not only for her parents but also to her neighbours and the student community and teachers too who are mourning the loss of this young and vibrant soul, whose potential was tragically cut short.
We extend our deepest condolences to Pranavi’s grieving parents and family members. This unimaginable loss is sure to leave a void in their lives that can never be filled. Our thoughts and prayers are with them during this extraordinarily difficult time.
