Mumbai (RBI), Aug.21: Mr.Vipul the newly appointed Ambassador of India to Qatar, arrived and assumed office.
He visited the Diwan of the Qatari government and met with His Excellency Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the reigning monarch of Qatar, to present his credentials and accept the official letter of appointment.
