Udupi: The new academic year 2024-25 at St. Joseph Higher Primary School, Kallianpur, commenced today i.e. 31st May, 2024 at 9 a.m. The school was decorated beautifully on this joyous occasion and teachers along with PTA members welcomed the students warmly.
At 10 a.m. sharp, the program began with Assistant Parish Priest of Milagres Church, Fr. Pradeep Cardoza, presiding over the function. Textbooks provided by the Education Department and notebooks donated by Mr. & Mrs. Robert Effie D’Souza USA and Mr. Dinesh Pai were distributed to all the students.
Donors Mr & Mrs. Robert Effie D’Souza USA, Rotary Club Kallianpur, Mr. Sydney Lewis Barkur, Shelton Lobo, Stalin Lobo, Sean Gonsalves Brahmavar, Juliana Dias retired teacher jointly donated School and Sports uniforms, which were also distributed to the students.
Rotary Club Kallianpur President Rotarian Diwakar, Rotarian Rajaram Bhat, Rotarian Prakash and members, Mr. Melwin Sequiera Vice President of Milagres Church Kallianpur, PTA President Manjunath and members, Parents, Well wishers, Retired teachers Gretta Gonsalves, Mohan Sir, Mukunda Sir and Marina Lewis also attended.
Headmistress Prafulla welcomed everyone. Diana Teacher hosted the program, and Teacher Lilavati delivered the vote of thanks.
