INGREDIENTS:
Jackfruit
Teak tree leaf
Jaggery
Coconut
Cardamom
Salt
Rice
Method:
Soak rice for 3 hours.
Melt jaggery with 1/2 cup water. Add coconut and cook for 15 mins, till jaggery mix becomes slightly sticky and dry. Add cardamom.
Grind soaked rice and jackfruit to fine paste. Add salt while grinding.
Spread the ground mix on the teak leaf , put the filling and stuff it . Fold the leaf and steam it.

You can grind all the ingredients together and make patholis.
